Vitamin and Mineral Analysis
Your primary care physician typically only tests for a basic panel of blood chemistry. Our vitamin and mineral analysis digs a little deeper which can uncover issues that aren’t yet a problem but could be soon. This allows us to treat these issues with IV therapy bringing balance back to your vitamin and mineral levels.

We tailor swimming programs to suit your lifestyle and achieve optimal pain reduction.
Tai chi program
On the physical side, tai chi supports or improves balance, coordination, flexibility, muscle strength, and stamina. On the mental side, tai chi helps relieve stress, improves body awareness and, when done in a group setting, reduces social isolation. Following one of our customized programs can greatly reduce pain.
Onsite Urine Tox Screening and confirmatory Testing
Employers have strict policies regarding their employees using illegal drugs. If you’re an employer and you suspect that one of your employees is engaging in illegal drug activities you can send them to us. We’ll perform a urine toxicity screening and provide you with same day guaranteed results.
Epidurals
The highest level of short term pain relief. For patients going through an extremely painful experience above a level of 10 pain we offer spinal cord epidurals. This if for patients that suffer an extreme injury and need immediate pain relief.
Median Branch Nerve Blocks
A medial branch nerve block is a procedure in which an anesthetic is injected near small medial nerves connected to a specific facet joint. Typically several levels of the spine are injected in one procedure.
Facet Blocks
A cervical, thoracic or lumbar facet joint injection involves injecting a small amount of local anesthetic (numbing agent) and/or steroid medication, which can anesthetize the facet joints and block the pain. The pain relief from a facet joint injection is intended to help a patient better tolerate a physical therapy routine to rehabilitate his or her injury or back condition.
SacroiIliac Joint Injections
sacroiliac (SI) joint injection—also called a sacroiliac joint block—is primarily used either to diagnose or treat low back pain and/or sciatica symptoms associated with sacroiliac joint dysfunction. The sacroiliac joints lie next to the spine and connect the sacrum with the hip on both sides.
Trigger Point Injections
A trigger point injection is a procedure where a medication, usually a local anesthetic, is injected into the painful muscle to provide relief. The pain relief should be experienced not only in the affected muscle, but in the area of referred pain as well.

Suprascapular Nerve Blocks
Suprascapular nerve block (SSNB) is a safe and effective method to treat pain in chronic diseases that affect the shoulder. The technique consists of injecting anesthetic in supraspinatus fossa of affected shoulder, with the patient sitting down and upper limbs pending beside the body.
All Major/Minor Joint injections
A steroid injection is a minimally invasive procedure that can temporarily relieve pain caused by an inflamed joint. … A steroid injection includes both a corticosteroid (e.g., triamcinolone, methylprednisolone, dexamethasone) and an anesthetic numbing agent (e.g., lidocaine or Marcaine)
Hyaluronic Acid Injections
Hyaluronic acid injection is used to treat knee pain caused by osteoarthritis (OA) in patients who have already been treated with pain relievers (e.g., acetaminophen) and other treatments that did not work well.
Sciatic Nerve Blocks
Sciatic nerve block results in anesthesia of the entire lower limb below the knee (both motor and sensory blockade), with the exception of the skin on the medial leg and foot, which is innervated by the saphenous nerve. Both the transgluteal and subgluteal approaches provide motor blockade of the hamstring muscles.
